CJ2 is a partnership between Chad Seslar, Jeremy Martin, and John Porter. We first crossed paths while working at a major tire retailer, where we spent years learning the industry inside and out. With a combined 54 years in the business, we’ve built our careers on simple principles: paying attention to the details, treating people with respect, and helping where we can. That same mindset carries over into our families, where life stays just as busy—whether it’s raising kids, making time for loved ones, or showing up for the things that matter.

John Porter: If there’s a decision to be made, John’s the one weighing every angle before moving forward. He’s not one for rushing—whether it’s work, life, or even a weekend project, he prefers a steady, well-thought-out approach. When he’s not deep in a plan, you’ll find him with a book in hand or working on something around the house with his wife, making sure everything is just the way it should be.

Jeremy Martin: Jeremy is the guy who spots a problem before anyone else even knows it’s there. Always thinking a few steps ahead, he thrives on finding practical solutions and making things run smoother. At home, life is just as organized—except for the part where his “kids” all have fur. He and his wife have built a life that feels a little like a small farm, where there’s always something (or someone) keeping them on their toes.

Chad Seslar: Some people see the glass as half full, but Chad is already topping it off. He brings energy and optimism to everything he does, always looking ahead to what’s next.
